When can I download the app?
GoMovez and GoMovez Pro are not on the app stores yet. Join the early-access list and we’ll email you as soon as they are available.
How is the price decided?
Each pro who applies names their own price for your job, and can offer options or add-ons. You see every offer before you choose. Nothing is charged until you pick a pro.
What does “held in escrow” mean?
When you book, your payment is held securely instead of going straight to the pro. It’s released to them only after the job is completed, with photo proof.
How are pros verified?
Pros submit identity and business documents when they sign up. Our team reviews them before a pro can apply to jobs.
Who can see my address?
While pros are applying, they only see your city. Your full address is shared only with the pro you choose.
I run a service business. Can my whole team use GoMovez Pro?
Yes. You can add technicians to your business, assign jobs to them, and manage payouts from one account.
